Enid Joffe is the President and co-founder of CFCI. Prior to CFCI, Ms. Joffe worked for Southern California Edison and Edison EV in government relations and electric transportation. Since co-founding Clean Fuel Connection, Inc. in 1999 , Ms. Joffe has been providing technical consulting and infrastructure installation services in the clean fuel and renewable energy fields. Enid has a B.A. in Sociology from Barnard College and an M.A. in Sociology from UCLA, and was as well as a participant in the UCLA Management Development for Entrepreneurs Program. She has held many leadership positions in local civic organizations and was Mayor of the City of Sierra Madre from 2007 to 2008.
