Russell Vare is the EV Regional Manager for Nissan North America, supporting electric vehicle “market readiness” for the Western Region. He works closely with Nissan’s utility, government and non-profit partners on issues such as public charging infrastructure and residential EVSE permitting to create a successful launch of the all-electric Nissan LEAF. He received a BA in Economics from UCSB and a Master’s in Public Policy from UCLA.
