Dean Taylor is a senior program manager and scientist at Southern California Edison, where he was worked on technical analysis as well as regulatory / legislative analysis in the Electric Transportation Division. He has been involved with battery EV studies since 1991 and plug-in HEV analysis and research since 1995. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Science, Policy Analysis and Planning from the University of California, Davis. |
